The Resort is located on Florence Villa Grove Road, just off Highway 27 approx 1.5 miles south of the junction with Highway 192 West and approx 2 minutes from Highway 192 at the Westside intersection (This new road now makes the journey time to Disney even shorter).

Shops, restaurants, banks are less than 2 minutes away.
There is a 24 hour Walmart Supercenter and a Publix supermarket less than 5 minutes from the house.
Golf
If you wish to play Golf many excellent courses are within close proximity to the villa some as close as a 5 minute drive.
Coast/Beach
Travel
Orlando International Airport serves the majority of tourists to this area and is within a 30 minute drive.
Resturants
Many fine restaurants are located within a few miles of the Villa offering a huge range of cuisines including Aplebees,The Outback Steakhouse, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster Seafood, Carrabas & Giordino's Italian, Chinese and Japanese.
There are literally hundreds of restaurants to choose from on the 192 (the main tourist strip) and on Highway 27 all within a 5-10 minute drive.
Shopping
Orlando has a number of huge shopping malls to cater for every taste and are easily accessible within a 20 minute drive.
From the Villa you have easy access to the I4 which is a straight road to Florida's beaches which are within 1 hours drive.
