Vista Drive is beautiful.
The villa at Vista Drive is beautiful. It is wonderfully decorated and has everything that you would need in a holiday home.
It is spacious with TVs in every room.
The pool is marvellous.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wow what a home from home.
We stayed at the villa for 12 days and wow what a home from home. The villa is very clean and well presented the kitchen has everything you could need to eat at home and relax after a long day in the parks or every restaurant you can imagine is just around the corner within a few minutes drive.
The pool was a great size and the children loved having the outside bathroom with shower to use during their pool time.
The beds were comfortable and a great size and the bedrooms are nicely decorated, 2 of the rooms are themed - Harry Potter with 2 singles and the other Micky themed with bunk beds (double at the bottom). We really felt at home at the Villa and have booked already to visit again. All within a quiet gated community we highly recommend this home for your family holiday in Florida.

The perfect stay – May 2023
This was our fifth time to Florida but our first stay in Sandy’s villa. This was the best villa we’ve stayed in by far. When booking package holidays, you never know what you’re going to get so it was a really nice change to arrive with some idea of what to expect.
The house is beautiful, and the location is perfect. It’s just far enough away from everything for it to be lovely and quiet but close enough that you can get to everything when you need to.
The house being on a gated community is a real bonus and the area is so peaceful, which was surprising given the number of new houses that have shot up in the area. We didn’t feel overlooked, and we hardly saw another person.
The rooms are all a great size, and the beds were really comfortable. The house has everything you need as well.
The pool area was outstanding, the pool was bigger than most, as was the patio area, which gets the sun from about 10am right until it sets.
There were a couple of minor issues with the pool area when we arrived due to some damage caused by storms, but the maintenance company came and sorted everything within a day or so. They were really great people.
Sandy was really helpful with the booking, answered all our questions and provided all the information we needed well in advance of our stay.
If you’re looking for a great place to stay and relax in Florida, we can’t recommend Sandy’s villa enough! It is absolutely the perfect place to be. We will definitely be looking forward to staying here again!

This 5 bedroom Villa is perfect, exactly as described, very clean & spacious, fantastic accommodation, 2 master bedrooms with en-suites. Great area to visit all main attractions. The heated pool and pool area was fantastic, very well furnished with loungers, chairs & dining furniture and a BBQ. The villa is well-equipped for entertainment with TV/DVD/WiFi.
We had a perfect holiday! Will defiantly be booking again.

CLASS IN EVERY WAY
Our second stay here and the home is amazing, it truly is class in every way so big and spacious, The pool is fantastic and you have everything you need to stay here, including towels which is a big bonus. we opted for the pool heating this time and what a difference it makes in Late October early November.
Its handy to be able to wash and dry clothes, the area is quiet and discreet and being the end spot your not overlooked. smart tv's now in every room plenty of cups, plates, basically everything you need is here for you,
No issues with the Sandy always quick to reply and a pleasure to deal with,
The location is ideal, plenty of options all around, we are already planning our next stay here, You cannot beat after a long day at the parks returning to this haven!

When we turned the key we didn't really know what to expect. We were so pleased with the villa. The rooms were big and airey.
If you like swimming the pool was fabulous.
The area was quiet at night and we were not overlooked at the rear when outside by the pool.
The kitchen has everything you need. We especially liked the location as it was easy to plan our days routes from there.
We found the standard of cleaning very high.
Communication with the owner was fast and friendly. This was our 7th visit to Florida and this villa is there with our best three!.

Stayed here July 2019 for seven nights.This villa is absolutely amazing, it has everything you need and want with the added security of being in a gated community.
We found this villa to be in an ideal location,close enough to the attractions but also situated in a quiet location.
The huge oversized pool and spa were perfect for the end of a busy day at the parks or shopping to relax in.
The villa was spotlessly clean and well maintained the communication with the owner was great,

SUCH A GREAT VILLA
We had a wonderful two weeks relaxing by the pool.
The villa is well located on the 27 highway very near to a Publix and a short drive to a Walmart. The location is very quite on a gated community and looks out over trees. Had fun each morning watching the squirrels eat breakfast and watching the eagles fly over head.
The villa is well laid out with plenty of rooms to suit all tastes. Having a bedroom downstairs also means that if someone has difficult using stairs they do not miss out on such a lovely location. The kitchen is well laid out and had enough utensils for a holiday stay. We cooked a couple of times and had no issues.
Both master suites are very spacious along with the bathrooms that go with them and plenty of cupboard space.
The highlight for us though was the pool, just perfect for a morning swim before breakfast or cooling down when you have had enough of reading by the pool. what was a really good idea which we have never seen on other villas we have stayed at is the bathroom accessed from outside, you are able to have a shower and dry off all with out trailing wet into the living areas.
We will be staying at this villa again. thank you for such a great villa.

AMAZING VILLA
The amazing villa is beautiful and so comfortable. It has everything you need, great big pool and jacuzzi. It is in a great location for the restaurants and all Disney/universal parks.

GREAT LOCATION & BEAUTIFUL HOME FROM HOME
We recently stayed for the first two weeks of April 2019, the house has a real wow factor and is much bigger than the photos on the website suggest.
Plenty of room in each of the bedrooms with more than enough storage. The pool area is fantastic and ideal for relaxing, would recommend the heating option in April as it made a big difference for us.
The location for the parks is great and there are loads of amenities in the local area. The immediate vicinity is quiet, secure and relaxed, a great antidote to the daily park sensory overload.
Thanks for opening up your home to us Sandy, we loved it and would highly recommend it for a stay in Orlando.

We stayed during October 2018 and had the most amazing time at your beautiful villa.
To wake up in the mornings and sit out by the pool, so peaceful before the hustle and bustle of the day ahead and again to sit in the evenings upon return, bliss!
Your villa offered more than we needed, you have thought of everything. The rooms are much larger than they looked in the photos and comfortable.
We ventured to all of the parks Disney, Universal and Busch gardens and all were easy to drive to from the villa. For a night out we certainly recommend using Uber, so so cheap!!
If you are reading this and considering booking this villa, as a recent visitor we can highly recommend it for location, facilities,comfort and of course the oversized pool.

The Best Villa we have stayed in!
This was our third visit to Florida and our first stay in Davenport and we couldn't have been happier. Every room was as described and the pool was far bigger than the ones we stayed in previously.
The villa was smart, clean and tidy throughout.
The location of the villa is brilliant everything you could want and on your doorstep and a stones throw from all the parks.
Sandy we thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and for making the whole experience from booking right the way through to after our stay a hassle free and smooth one.

"Great Location"
We had a family holiday here in November. It's a great location close to all the attractions but situated in a quiet cul de sac not overlooked by anything else which is ideal to relax.
The house was very spacious and equipped with everything you can think off. There's more than enough bathrooms to ensure everyone has their own private space.
The pool is excellent and even if you only wanted to sit by the pool and not explore anything else this is great for that.
Had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

The best review I can give for this property is that having used it once my family & I returned to use it again.
We have visited Orlando several times now & this villa is without doubt the best we have stayed at.
Nice area, easy to find, far enough away to relax but close enough to be at Disney in no time at all.

"Home from Home"
When compared to many developments in Florida, Vista Park clearly stands out from the crowd. The houses are large and spacious and all sit within a very nicely maintained development.
This particular villa also benefits from being in a great location at the rear of Vista Park, meaning that it has unobstructed views, is not overlooked by neighbours and crucially enjoys a superbly sunny aspect around the pool for practically the entire day.
Upon arrival we were very pleased with the range of facilities offered and the overall cleanliness of the property. The house was tastefully decorated and all of the appliances were of a good standard and worked well. We were also pleased to see contact details supplied of a local manager to fix any issues, plus a list of local amenities which is just one of those small things that makes life easier.
Overall the location of the property works very well, whether you are visiting the Disney theme parks, the golf courses, the shopping outlets or the many restaurants, you really are close to everything. Our stay lasted around 18 days overall, which although sounds like a long time, simply flew past.
So if you like Florida, this property really offers a home from home environment and is somewhere that we would highly recommend.

My family and I were delighted with our stay in your villa.
We have been in Orlando on many occasions and I can honestly say for the first time your home not only met but exceeded all our expectations.
The villa was outstanding, a real home from home, the two Jacuzzi baths and a double walk in shower an absolute luxury after a day at the Disney parks.
The pool was brilliant, and given its size meant that kids could actually swim in it rather than just the usual small splash pool that most villas provide
We also found that the villa is in a great area for restaurants and supermarkets just off route 27 and also excellent for access to the Disney parks, but being in a gated community it meant we were in a peaceful and quite location, great for rest days between park outings.

Wonderful
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa, it was wonderful.
As it was just my Wife and I in the villa we had a number of bedrooms to choose from. We chose one of the master suites with a 4 poster bed.
The furniture was exquisite.
The Villa is in such a peaceful setting, with nobody overlooking to the rear of the house, sitting by the pool in the mornings and evenings was a must for us. The pool is a great size for a family and we enjoyed the spa.
The kitchen is well equipped and the living room was a great size with a massive tv.
Being so close to the 192 was a bonus as we like to eat out, and there is plenty of choice along there.
The house is not far away from the Disney parks and was great not to have a long drive home at the end of a busy day.
All in all, a perfect holiday and a perfect villa.

Lovely Villa
We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks during Feb/March 2014. It is a lovely villa, very homely yet has loads of space and is tastefully decorated and very clean.
We found that it had everything we needed (we have stayed in villas before & found basic things missing) -for anyone who wanted to eat in & prepare meals themselves there are plenty of pots, pans & utensils.
The bedrooms are all spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms (& Jacuzzi baths, perfect after a long day at the parks).
We didn't spend much time in the pool at all as we were out & about most of the time but it is of good size & perfect for holiday makers who enjoy swimming & relaxing by the pool.
The villa is located in a perfect spot - lovely and quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideally placed for visiting both Disney & Universal Studios. There is an orange grove at the back of the villa & we often ate breakfast out there & watched the hot air balloons taking off in the distance!
Although there aren't many eateries within walking distance Diromio's Italian Restaurant is really lovely. There is also a large Walmart that sells everything you may possibly need within a couple of minutes’ drive.
The management company were very helpful and responded promptly to a couple of queries we had.
Booking the villa was also very easy, Sandy was incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had.
In summary, lovely stay in a lovely villa & we would definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable and pleasurable holiday in a great location.

Wonderful Villa in fantastic location
My family has just returned from a fantastic week in this villa. The location was fantastic - nicely on the West side of Orlando/Disney, convenient for local shops and yet only 15 mins to Disney (or 30 mins to Sea World Discovery Cove). We actually timed one journey and were standing inside Magic Kingdom 27 mins after leaving the Villa. The Villa itself is very comfortable, the pool is fantastic.

Excellent Luxury Villa This villa is stunning!
Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Also has very comfortable beds, as i didn't feel like getting up in the morning! Great having the dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board. The WI-FI connection is very fast and was a bonus having that. Very large swimming pool. In a great location, supermarkets within 5 minutes in car.
Owner (Sandy) is very lovely to deal with and answered any queries that I had.
Would definitely like to stay there again!!

Sandy, thanks so much for the use of your home. We stayed 16 nights and I hated to leave. The home is immaculate and a luxury that shows through in every room. Your home is beautifully decorated, the beds are the most comfortable I think I have ever slept on. 10 minute drive to Disney, Gated community, everything we could ask for. The pool was wonderful and so glad we choose pool heat, as we were there in February. Management company was great as well. I can't say enough good stuff. See you next year. Oh, the only thing I would suggest is that you get a video of the home on your website, as the pics do not do the home justice. Thanks again.

This is a lovely villa, we have stayed in a few villas and this beats them all. It has great location, gated community, larger than normal swimming pool not overlooked! Beautiful decor, spacious, lovely pool area, flooring is great as its not slippy when wet, great BBQ area, what can i say the perfect villa. Although don't want to say too many nice things as want it to be available for when we go back! And we are going!!! Thanks Sandy for a letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

The Perfect Orlando Getaway.
I've been to Orlando 4 times now and this was the best Villa. It is a perfect hideaway and offered us all the privacy, quiet and luxury we could have hoped for. Would love to revisit in the future. Only downside was limited cable TV, but a minor flaw in an otherwise luxury hideaway. Highly recommended.

Yes the villa was exactly like it was described to us.We stayed there for 3 weeks and it was A real pleasure. Very roomy and airy and 5 wonderful bedrooms, it soon felt like being at home and the pool was big enough to swim up and down in too. A choice of supermarkets just 5 minutes down the road or eat at a different place every day on the 192 just ten minutes away. Would recommend it in every aspect.You wont be disappointed

Best Ever
This is a lovely villa with a fantastic interior. The rooms are all spacious, well furnished and in excellent condition. The main bathroom has a large Jacuzzi and walk-into double shower. The villa has a nice large pool, big enough for proper swimming. There are also plenty of inflatable toys for the children to use. The booking process with the owner was very smooth,and the key pick up on arrival was easy as there is an after-hours service on site. The resort staff are extremely helpful, and quick to sort out any problems. Our only criticism is the absence of any children’s outdoor play facilities nearby. This is the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in!

Florida Villa
My husband and I rented this villa in May and I must say it was perfect for our stay. We brought our children and grandchildren over from the U.K. and there was more than enough space for all of us. Around the pool was where we spent most of our time and after spending the days at the Disney parks it what just what we needed. The only thing I would say was missing here is internet access, but apart from that I can't fault the villa or the location. There are some great places to eat and drink locally and plenty of shops so everything is close to hand. Wonderful stay!

FANTASTIC
Stayed in this villa in January. it is very spacious and in immaculate condition both inside and out. all bedrooms luxurious and villa equipped with everything you could need. we liked the fact that it was secluded and private yet within minutes drive to supermarket and restaurants. also felt very secure with friendly and helpful security staff. a great base for all the attractions and would love to return. definitely would recommend to family and friends.

This is a wonderful, secluded, spotlessly clean, spacious Villa which in our opinion is one of the best in the Orlando area. All furnishings were stylish, kitchen has everything you could want and the master bedrooms were beautiful. Check-in was easy and having an on-site management team who were very friendly, prompt and helpful was a bonus. The pool is a great size and shape for swimming and the pool area is fantastic with great furniture and an abundance of good quality towels. The Villa is also in a good place, only a minute to the 27 but far enough away to not be bothered by traffic. Would not hesitate to recommend this Villa.
